These fees (“Fees”) will be outlined during your account registration and/or confirmation process, and the final amount required will be displayed immediately before your purchase. For ongoing services, payments will be billed automatically until you notify us of your intention to terminate access to the services.
We reserve the right to refuse service or deny product sales on the Website at our sole discretion for any reason and at any time.

30 days after you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
If no goods were supplied, 30 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel the contract.

Reimbursements will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to reverse engineer any code or software from the Website or Services.
Violate the security of the Website or Services through unauthorized access, circumvention of encryption or other security tools, data mining, or interference with any host, user, or network.

16. Data Loss

However, any outstanding fees will still be due even after account termination. Upon termination, provisions that are intended to survive the termination of these Terms will remain in full effect.

The maximum liability of ATM Uncle arising from or relating to these Terms of Service is limited to the lesser of Rs. 1000 (Rupees One Thousand only) or the amount you paid to ATM Uncle in the last six (6) months. 26. General Provisions:

Language: All communications made or notices given pursuant to these Terms of Service shall be in the English language.
Jurisdictions, Venue & Governing Law: By using the Website or Services, you agree that the laws of India shall govern any matter or dispute relating to or arising out of these Terms of Service, as well as any dispute of any kind that may arise between you and ATM Uncle, excluding its conflict of law provisions. Any litigation permitted under these Terms of Service must be filed in the courts located in Patna, Bihar, India. The Parties agree that this choice of law, venue, and jurisdiction provision is mandatory and not permissive in nature, and you waive the right to object to venue or jurisdiction.
Assignment: This Agreement and the rights granted hereunder may not be assigned, sold, leased, or transferred by you. If ATM Uncle assigns, sells, leases, or transfers these Terms of Service, its rights and obligations will bind and benefit any assignees, administrators, successors, and executors.
Severability: If any part of these Terms of Service is found invalid or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator, the remaining parts will continue to be enforced to the fullest extent possible.
No Waiver: Failure by ATM Uncle to enforce any provision of these Terms of Service does not waive the right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.
Headings for Convenience Only: The headings in these Terms of Service are for convenience and organizational purposes only and do not affect the interpretation of any provisions.
No Agency, Partnership or Joint Venture: These Terms of Service do not create any agency, partnership, or joint venture between the Parties. Neither Party has the authority to bind the other to third parties.
Force majeure: ATM Uncle will not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, civil or military authorities, riots, embargoes, natural disasters, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Electronic Communications Permitted: Electronic communications are permitted under these Terms of Service, including email or fax.
Refund Policy:No Refunds. All sales are final, and ATM Uncle does not offer any money-back guarantees. You acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.
